Black out personal details on a medical report
Share a report without exposing the patient’s identity, privately.
Medical reports carry some of the most sensitive information there is. When you need to share one, for a second opinion, a claim, or research, you can black out the identifying details first. This tool removes the covered content on export, all in your browser, so the report is never uploaded.

Why redact medical records on your device
Health information is deeply private and often legally protected. Redacting it in the browser means the identifiable report is never uploaded to a third-party server.
How the scan catches what you would miss
Redaction failures are usually the boxes you never thought to draw. The scanner reads the whole document on your device and suggests boxes over emails, card and ID numbers, phones, dates, and even names and addresses, so the review starts from a checklist instead of a blank page.
