These terms govern your use of PDFMergely (the service). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

PDFMergely provides free tools for working with PDF and image files. The tools run entirely in your web browser on your own device. We do not receive, store or process your files on our servers.

Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files you process. Because everything happens locally in your browser, we never receive your files and cannot access, recover or restore them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to process content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.

Service provided as is

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements. Always verify important results and keep backups of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFMergely and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, files, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual property

The PDFMergely name, brand, website and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks. The rights to your own files remain entirely yours.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we update the terms we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
