Getting barcodes onto labels is usually the hard part: the images come out of one tool, then somebody spends an afternoon in Word trying to line them up with the sheet. This lays them out directly. Pick your Avery sheet and every barcode is placed at the right position on the page, with the caption underneath, as a vector PDF that prints crisply on any laser printer.

Add your values
Paste a list or import a CSV column. Each line becomes one label.

Pick the sheet
A4 sheets of 21, 65 or 14 labels, Letter sheets of 30 or 80, or a custom layout where you set the columns, rows, size, margins and gaps yourself.

Skip the used labels
If the sheet in your drawer already has labels peeled off, tell it how many to skip so printing starts in the right place. Then print at 100 percent, with no page scaling.
Why the layout is worth more than the barcode
Drawing a barcode is the easy half. Getting two hundred of them onto the right sheet, at the right size, starting at the right label, is the half that normally eats the afternoon.

Why is my printing slightly off?+
Almost always page scaling. Print at 100 percent or actual size, with fit to page turned off, and the layout lands where it should.
Can I use a part-used sheet?+
Yes. Set the number of labels to skip and printing starts at the first empty one.
Is the print file vector?+
Yes, the label sheet is a vector PDF. The bars stay sharp at any printer resolution, which matters for scan reliability.
