Enter your business and tax number, the customer, the invoice number and dates, then the items with their quantities, prices and tax rates.
- 3

Check the live preview and totals, then download. Your business details and the next invoice number are remembered on this device.
Why make invoices in your browser?
Invoices hold customer names, prices, tax numbers and bank details. Here they are calculated and made on your device, with no account and nothing stored on a server.
Branded stationery and signatures
Put your invoices on company stationery with the Letterhead Maker, sign them with Sign PDF, or combine a month of invoices with Merge PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Which countries does it handle?+
Nepal (13% VAT, PAN/VAT number, rounding to the rupee), India (GST at 0, 5, 12, 18 or 28%, with HSN/SAC codes), the United Kingdom (20, 5 and 0% VAT), EU countries (each country’s standard rate, plus reverse charge), the UAE (5% VAT with TRN), Australia (10% GST with ABN) and the United States (sales tax at any rate). For anywhere else, choose Other and set the currency and tax name yourself.
Does it make the Nepali VAT bill the way the printed pads look?+
Yes. Choose Nepal and the layout is the standard form: the seller centred at the top with Tel/Mob and Email, "Tax Invoice" under it, Invoice No and Transaction Date beside Seller’s PAN No and Bill Issuing Date, the buyer’s name, address and PAN in nine boxes, Mode of Payment with Cash, Cheque, Credit or Other, then the S.N., H.S. Code, Particulars, Quantity, Rate per Unit and Total Amount columns, and a foot that pairs the amount in words with Gross Amount, Discount, Taxable Value, VAT and Total Amount. The trade note and both signature lines are there too.
Can I print the buyer, seller and office copies?+
Yes. Tick the copies you want and each one comes out as its own page of the same PDF, marked Original (Buyer’s Copy), Copy (Seller’s Copy) or Copy (Office Copy).
Where do H.S. Codes go?+
In their own column beside every line, on the Nepali bill and on any other country that uses one: HSN/SAC in India, commodity code in the UK and EU, HS code in the UAE. You can switch the column off if your bill does not need it.
Is the PAN a separate field?+
Yes. In Nepal the seller’s PAN is its own labelled row and the buyer’s PAN is printed one digit to a box, as on the printed form. In India the GSTIN and the PAN are separate fields and both print. The UK has the VAT number and the company number, the UAE the TRN and the trade licence number, Australia the ABN and the ACN.
How does it decide between CGST, SGST and IGST?+
From your state and the place of supply. If they are the same, GST is split equally into CGST and SGST; if they differ, the whole amount is IGST. The tool shows which applies as soon as both are chosen.
Are the totals exact?+
Yes. Amounts are worked out in whole paisa or cents, so they never drift by a cent. Tax is calculated per rate on the total at that rate, and each rate gets its own line, which is what tax authorities expect.
What is the reverse charge?+
When a VAT-registered business in one EU country sells services or goods to a VAT-registered business in another, the customer usually accounts for the VAT instead of you. Tick Reverse charge, add their VAT ID, and the invoice charges no VAT and includes the required statement.
Can it number my invoices?+
Yes. After you download, the next number (INV-0042 after INV-0041, for example) is saved on this device along with your business details, logo and payment details, ready for the next invoice.
Is this legal and tax advice?+
No. The tool applies the common rules for each country, but requirements vary with your registration, what you sell and to whom. Check with your accountant or tax authority if you are unsure, especially for exemptions and special schemes.
Are my invoices uploaded?+
No. The invoice is calculated and the PDF is made in your browser. Customer names, prices and bank details never leave your device.
