A small handwritten signature above the contact block is a nice touch in a business email footer, and it is the one part of an email signature people actually notice. It needs to be small, transparent so it works in both light and dark themes, and legible at a low height. Make it here, download the smaller size, and add it to your mail client signature.
How to make a signature image for email

Make it legible small
Type or draw it, then look at it at the size it will be used. Anything too ornate turns to mush at sixty pixels high.

Download the small PNG
Transparent, so it works whether the reader is in light mode or dark mode.

Add it to your mail signature
In Gmail, Settings then Signature then Insert image. In Outlook, Signatures then Insert Picture. Keep it above your name and title, not instead of them.
Why the text underneath still matters
If the whole footer is an image, blocked images leave the reader with no idea who you are, and no way to copy your phone number. Use the image as the flourish and keep the details as text.

How big should it be?+
Around 40 to 80 pixels high. Bigger looks pompous, and it also makes every email you send heavier.
Will it show in dark mode?+
A black signature on a transparent background disappears on dark themes. Blue ink survives both, or keep a light version if your recipients mostly use dark mode.
Does an image get blocked?+
Sometimes. Many clients block images until the reader allows them, which is why your name and title should be real text underneath rather than part of the picture.
