A first resume has the opposite problem to everyone else: not what to cut, but what to put in. The answer is that your education, your projects, your internship and what you can actually do are the content, and they should be laid out in that order. This gives you a document that takes your coursework and project work seriously instead of leaving a large empty gap where the job history would be.

Lead with education
Degree, institution, year and result if it is good. As a fresher this belongs at the top, above everything else.

Make projects the substance
Two or three projects with what you built, the tools you used, and what it did. This is your experience section, so write it like one.

Why the order matters at the start of a career
A recruiter spends seconds on the first pass. For a fresher, the degree and the projects are the reason to keep reading, so they go at the top. Putting an empty experience heading first wastes the only seconds you get.
Asked for a biodata instead?
Some employers in Nepal and India ask for a biodata, which is a different document with personal particulars and a declaration.

What if I have no experience at all?+
You have coursework, projects, volunteering and part-time work. All of it counts if you describe what you did and what came of it. An empty experience section is fine; padding it with nothing is not.
Should it be one page?+
Yes. For a first job, one page is expected and anything longer suggests padding.
Do I include my photograph?+
It depends where you are applying. In much of South Asia and continental Europe it is normal; in the UK, US and Canada it is not, and some systems reject it. Follow local practice.
