Is a typed signature legally valid?+
In many places an electronic signature is valid if it shows clear intent to sign, and a typed one can qualify. Deeds, wills, property transfers and some court filings have stricter rules. For anything important, check the rules where you are.

One that is still readable. An extravagant script that nobody can decipher looks less credible, not more.
